Mango Honey Ice Cream

Ingredients

Mangoes                              -  2 medium sized
Honey                                  -  3 table spoons
Fresh Cream                        -  2 table spoons
Milk Powder                        -  150 gms (approx 4 table spoons)
Milk                                     -  1/2 cup

1.  Peel mangoes and grind them thoroughly in mixer.
2.  Add milk powder and run the mixer for 1 min.
3.  Add fresh cream and milk and run the mixer again for 1 min.
4.  Now add honey and run the mixer and let the mixer run till the honey mixes well with the rest of the material.
5.  Pour the content into a bowl and deep freeze.
6.  After 3 to 4 hours remove the set ice cream and run it in a blender.
7.  Freeze it again for 2 hours, remove run it again in the blender.
8.  Freeze again for 2 more hours.
9.  Take it out with the help of scoops in a bowl.
10.Decorate it with almonds, raisins and saffron.
11.Your Mango honey ice cream is ready to be served.

  2. Ha ha ha!! if it is not blended it would not become creamy and it would remain in flakes.
